Nike Air Max 98 was designed by Sergio Lozano, who is also the creator of the Air Max 95 model. This model features a full-length visible Air unit in the sole, inspired by the Air Max 97. The upper, composed of dynamic lines and aggressive paneling, reflects the aesthetic of Nike running shoes from the late 1990s. Since its debut in 1998, the Air Max 98 has become a popular retro model, especially after its return for the 20th anniversary in 2018.
