  4. Delivery: Your order will be shipped via courier or postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, typically ranging from 1 to 14 business days. While we carefully select our logistics partners, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

  5. Payment: To complete the payment, you have the option of bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or the payment option przelewy24. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in order fulfillment related to payment that are not due to our fault.

  6. Returns of New Products: If the new product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it. However, you must ensure that the product is in its original condition, with tags and in its original packaging. The cost of return is borne by the customer.

  7. Complaints: You have the right to file a complaint within 30 days of receiving your order. Regarding the condition or quality of the products, the store will make every effort to address your complaint within 14 days from the moment it is received.
