The Tiempo line dates back to the mid-80s as a classic leather soccer shoe from Nike, long associated with elite defenders and playmakers. The Tiempo Legend 10 (introduced in 2023) is the first model in the Tiempo series to completely replace natural leather with an engineered leather upper (FlyTouch Plus), reflecting both performance goals (lighter, more stable) and the industry's shift away from kangaroo leather.
